Hii I'm Ven. I'm a Black hobby illustrator and overall creative that loves bright colours and exploring the human condition through art! When I'm not drawing, I'm in school studying medicine.
Some of my hobbies other than illustration includes: weightlifting, going on foodie adventures, roller skating, gaming (really love rhythm games and Final Fantasy 14), fiber arts and language learning.
I'm a late 90s baby and have recently holding a lot of nostalgia for the 90s and 2000s, specifically the tech and internet. I'd like to explore some rabbit holes with that on this website too.
CUPOYO? CUPOYO is my art name I came up with at the end of my time in high school. Since I wasn't going to college for art, I wanted to continue exploring art on my own time and I wanted an art name to post under. At the time, I had an OC named Yovona who was the personification of space and all the potential possibilites in life (space is super vast after all!). I loved drawing her a lot so I came up with 'cup of yovona' --> 'CUPOYO'. I don't draw her much anymore but still love her down!
